Went in for nail polish removal and color after Rude rude rude. They didn't want to answer my questions as per charge then they said they could take me for color removal and walked away @@ so I sat and waited and waited finally one comes over looks and said false nails no and she walked away. No explanation!After about 10 minutes I walked out. Worst experience ever Treated like garbage , I will make sure no one i know has to go through the experience. There are so many wonderful salons in this city . Save your money and your time. So disrespectful.

My favorite place to go in the city. They take their time in making sure your feet are taken care of. The workers are nice and for all the years I've gone, I haven't had a single complaint for them. For those who have trouble with ingrown nails, they help me with mine. Also, upon request they will do a design on the big toe for an extra fee.

Got acrylic nails on Thursday. It's Saturday and they're already pulling up from the base of my nails. If you're going to have someone who's learning you need to have someone watching what they do. And correcting them WHILE they are working. People cannot learn if they are not taught. The original nails/forms were put on crooked. When I pointed out that it was crooked I was told that they would be "shaped". I asked him to remove the 3 crooked nails. One of which he put back on crooked. I left it, assuming he would shape the nail like they said he would. He did not. Crooked nails. Pulling up after 2 days. $110. There's much better places you can go to for much cheaper. Really disappointing.

The staff was very friendly from the start. The pedicure was done in the shape and length that I requested. I hurt my back and the massage chair really helped soothe it during the pedicure. I wish the gal would have capped the ends of my toe nails for a finished look, but it was only done on a few nails. I forgot to make sure that she did that, I am sure she would have if I would have asked. The pedicure itself was very well done though, didn't feel rushed at all. I did notice that they RE-USE their nail files. I am a foot care nurse and know that files are not that expensive....the ones that I use, purchased in bulk, are only 30 cents each, but there are also cheaper options. It is not ok to RE-USE single use items if you cannot sterilize them.

The name says it all! Got my engagement shoot nails done and they’re perfect! Super affordable as far as gel nails go. Very kind staff and I was in and out in no time. My tech was very gentle and very meticulous with her work. I think I found my regular salon!
